World Trade Center Developer Plans Condo Project in RiNo

A Denver developer that’s transforming the River North Art District with catalytic projects like the new World Trade Center has plans for a condominium development in the southwest corner of the hot neighborhood.

Formativ, the firm that co-developed the Industry office building in RiNo and is now embarking on World Trade Center and a “game-changing” development at the Denargo Market site, submitted site plans this month for a five-story, 26-unit residential condo building at 2750 Blake St. The proposed 80,000-square-foot project would include four to eight residential units on the four upper levels and 32 ground-level parking spaces, according to those plans.
