Our Team

Katie Knowlton

Leading an impressive career for ten years, Ms. Peiffer is unwavering in her commitment to provide a level of service and experience her clients continue to return to and refer their friends and family to. In 2009, she started to invest in properties using the buy, fix and flip model in addition to leasing and designing remodels for condominiums. After years of success within this business she was inspired to join a real estate team and Denver High-Rise Living’s condo team was the perfect fit.

Ms. Peiffer attended the University of Northern Colorado for undergraduate studies in political science and legal studies. She later gained her leadership experience under a fortune 500 company. In October of 2019, she completed her condo certification and was featured on the cover the Colorado HomeOwner Magazine. She also was nominated for 40 under 40 and recognized as a front-runner in her field. Ms. Peiffer is a member of International Association of Women (IAW). In her spare time, she loves getting involved with local charitable organizations and spending time with her two amazing children.

Lori Greenly

In December of 2017, Lori Greenly retired from a twenty-five year career in banking to launch Denver High-Rise Living. After spending the last eighteen years in private wealth management, Lori, and the financial institutions she represented, became heavily involved in the Denver condominium market.  Under her leadership, these organizations were named preferred lenders on a number of projects, including:

·       Four Seasons

·       The Ritz-Carlton in Bachelor Gulch

·       The Coloradan

·       The Edge LoHi

·       The Landmark

·       Laurel

·       250 Columbine

Using a combination of her investment and finance background along with her real estate license and expertise, Denver High-Rise Living founder, Lori, has a vision to carry out her passion to educate others about individual condos and the market as a whole. Clients return time and again to seek her wisdom when looking to invest in a new property. Lori and her team appreciate what the condominium real estate market means to Denver, and look forward to watching it grow.

Originally from Minot, ND, Lori moved to Denver in 1991 where she raised two daughters as Colorado natives. When she is not busy running Denver High-Rise Living, you are likely to find her spending time with family and friends or supporting her favorite nonprofits, which include Women With A Cause and Heart and Hand.
