Denver High-Rise Living is excited to announce Andrew Dodson is joining Denver’s team of condo experts as the firm’s first director of content and research.
Dodson has most recently established himself as a respected real estate journalist for the Denver Business Journal where he broke a number of stories and analyzed market trends that helped Denver’s business community make better-informed decisions.
This past spring, he was the first journalist in Denver to report on the highly-coveted Greyhound site officially hitting the market. He has also broken a number of stories about new developments, especially in the hot River North Art District, which is booming with new office projects. And then his market insights and extensive sourcing helped him produce pieces like, “The Bucks Stop Here,” an in-depth look at the booming real estate market in the posh Cherry Creek North neighborhood.
What has the team at Denver High-Rise Living most excited is his knowledge of Denver’s condo market and understanding of complicated issues, like the 2017 builder-defect law.
“When I met Andrew this past summer, I was so impressed by his ability to understand what Denver High-Rise Living is all about — educating condo buyers, investors, brokers and developers with the heart of a teacher to help make their experience painless and enjoyable,” said Lori Greenly, founder of DHRL. “We cannot wait to bring even more knowledge and expertise to our clients and industry partners.”
As director of content and research for Denver High-Rise Living, Dodson will report, write and edit all content on the firm’s news page, in addition to helping launch products like our detailed condo intelligence one-pagers that are provided to clients, and a new Denver Condo Living Magazine, which will be packed with not only information buyers need to know when purchasing a condo in the Mile High City, but also fun features on some of the great owners who have taken city living to a whole new level.
In addition to his director role, Dodson is obtaining his real estate license and will be part of the Denver High-Rise Living sales team. Those interested in meeting him over coffee (or a craft brew!) can email him at Andrew@DenverHighRiseLiving.com or by calling 989-284-2606.
Dodson, a graduate of Hillsdale College in his home state of Michigan, currently resides in Evergreen with his wife Erin, two-year-old son Charlie and miniature golden doodle Percy. His family is planning a move north of Denver this spring. Outside of work, he’s a jazz saxophonist and guitar player. After an NCAA all-American career as a high jumper on Hillsdale’s track team, his all-American distance running wife did her best to convert him to running, but still easily beat him in the 2016 New York City Marathon.
