Denver’s getting taller as developers look to build more densely, especially in areas of town like the River North Art District. For this month’s Crane Watch, we’re focusing on a handful of developments that are going to add more height to Denver’s skyline.
There are some obvious projects: Block 162 has been written about on several occasions, and rightly so. Construction of the 30-story building at 1514 California St. is well underway and is officially going vertical. It’s slated for completion at the end of 2020. Market Station, at 16th and Market streets, is another development that’s progressing nicely. The 10-story development is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2020.
