Following a Denver City Council vote to rezone the site of a former AT&T call center, a husband-and-wife development team say they’re going to move at a faster pace to build a 700-unit housing development in the city’s Elyria-Swansea neighborhood to take advantage of public incentives in the opportunity zone.
